Assistant Baker (Central Bakery Kitchen)Responsible to bake all the products according to the guidelines provided in the manuals.
Strictly follow the production planning schedule provided in order to achieve daily sales target.
Work closely with other colleagues to prepare the pastry.
Prepare and produce baked goods and pastry for outlet distributions.
Ensure proper adherence to Pastry Chef's recipes and instructions.
Participate in R&D and menu development when required.
Manage inventory, purchase and delivery orders records.
Assist with monitoring stock levels and storage management.
Ensure personal hygiene and kitchen's sanitary standards.
Undertake/participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent in Baking/Culinary.
Those without required qualification but relevant experience will be considered.
At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to work independently, a team player, responsible and high integrity.
Candidate must possess own transport with valid driving license.
Able to work extra hours, during PH or odd hours as needed.
