Shipping Coordinator / Logistic

Handle full set I/E shipping document independently.
Follow up export shipment delivery and booking arrangements for both Air and sea freight.
Experience in the application for the Certificate of Origin and Form D.
Ability to work closely with different internal and external stakeholders, including sales, warehouses and forwarders.
To handle Customs Declaration and Documentation Filing and record.
Sourcing and developing vendor/Forwarder list when required.
Attending CPC inspection.
Maintaining and updating shipment and inventory information in the system.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
QualificationsDiploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
At least three years similar role of experience in a manufacturing field.
Good command of spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Can handle daily Job arrangement on time & accurately.
Be self-motivated, initiative, well organized, with a strong sense of responsibility and to be able to work in a team setting.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Electronic Trade Declaration System.
Knowledge of ERP D365.
Knowledge of Letter of credit.
Experience in handling DG cargo shipment, Halai Good shipment, and CPC inspection are an advantage.
Willing to work at Pulau Indah, Port Klang.
