Assistant Billing & Ar Officer

Our client, a well-known supply chain company in Hong Kong, is looking for an Assisting Billing & AR Officer to support its Finance team in Hong Kong.
Job DescriptionServe an assigned portfolio of customers.
Ensure complete, accurate and timely billing of services provided to customers.
Meet customers' requirements on billing services.
Handle customers' enquiries and requests in a timely manner.
Manage the accounts receivable portfolio and debt collection.
Ensure timely completion of month-end closing.
Ensure compliance with the company's policy on billing and accounts receivable management.
Participate in ad-hoc assignments or projects.
Job RequirementsHigher diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
5 years relevant working experience.
Familiar with accounts receivable collection.
Proficient in MS applications and experience in using ERP accounting systems is an advantage.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
