Assist the development and execution of the organization's business development strategy.
Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, including partnerships and market expansion.
Drive new deals including the preparation of business proposals.
Build and maintain key client relationships, including negotiations and contract management.
Collaborate with senior management on overall business strategy.
Cold calling potential customers and building relationships.
Establish customer needs and sell products/solutions accordingly.
Work from a defined list of prospects to sign long-term partners for the car park business.
Ensure that the business survey is performing in conformity with the project's requirements and adhere to the department's required standards.
Present the company to potential clients through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, and emails.
Job Specification
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; advanced degree and relevant certifications highly preferred.
Experience: 3+ years of progressive business development or sales experience in the retail industry or relevance.
Skills: Strategic thinking, excellent negotiation and communication skills, ability to influence at the executive level.
Required to possess strategic business insight and analytical skills to conduct site surveys and assess potential conversion into a car park.
Candidate will be entitled to allowances and commissions.
Prefer candidates who have transportation and willingness to travel daily.
