Serve as the primary factory contact for customers.
Lead the manufacturing team in handling RFQ, MOH, capacity planning, and quality reviews.
Ensure the manufacturing team meets and exceeds customer requirements.
Drive internal improvement initiatives within the manufacturing team.
Manage and coordinate customer audits in collaboration with the manufacturing team.
Lead the resolution of customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
Attend meetings with customers to review capacity, address quality issues, and discuss other operational matters.
What you must have to apply for this job:
At least 6 years' experience incustomer focus and manufacturing.
Familiar with electronic products end-to-end manufacturing process.
Advantage for candidates who have a technical background.
Quality management experience is an added value.
Good communication and problem-solving skills & experience in managing people, as this position will handle a group of Engineers, Technicians & Quality Inspectors.
Advantage to candidates who can communicate in Mandarin as they will need to liaise with stakeholders from Taiwan.
