Assistant Buyer(Contract)

Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
We reinforce our team within the Corporate Materials Management - ZF Global Commodity Purchasing
one-year contract
Main Tasks :
Provide general administrative support to all buyers in the cluster.
Coordinate with internal departments to support buyers on needed tasks.
Assist in maintaining the systems to ensure that administrative requirements get done.
Act as a liaison between the departments and buyers, ensuring smooth communication and resolving any issues related to administrative tasks requested.
Provide timely updates on tasks completion statuses and delivery timelines to relevant stakeholders.
Working with Purchasing specific tools to ensure the right data in the systems and following the processes.
Assist in the preparation of commodity reports.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business or Data Science with relevant technical background, Data admin, Data analyst.
Knowledge in MS Office tools and Power BI.
Advanced analytical and Excel skills.
Assertiveness and strong communication skills in handling with colleagues as well as interpersonal and cross-cultural skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
