Position: Assistant Clinic Operation Manager Salary Package: RM7,000 - RM10,000 Working Location: Georgetown, Pulau Pinang Company Background: Aesthetic & General Clinic Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm Job Descriptions: - Operation oversight: assist in managing day to day operations, including workflow, process optimization & resource allocation - Staff supervision: supervise & support operational staff, conduct performance evaluation - Process improvement: identify areas for process improvement & implement strategies to enhance efficiency & effectiveness - Coordination: work closely with other departments to ensure alignment with operation goals & objectives - Reporting: prepare & analyze operational reports, track KPI & present to senior management.
Job Requirements: - Posses at least Bachelor's Degree & above - Have 3-5 years relevant working experience - Prefer candidate who has working experience as Nurse
