About the role C&G Corporate Services is seeking an highly motivated Assistant Company Secretary to join our dynamic team in our Johor Bahru office (Taman Molek). This full-time role will play a crucial part in providing expert secretarial and administrative support to our clients.
What you'll be doing Providing comprehensive secretarial support to our clients, including preparing of resolutions, maintaining statutory registers and records, coordinating board and shareholders' meetings, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulationsAssisting with the preparation and filing of various corporate documents, such as annual returns, board resolutions, and company announcementsHandling routine correspondence and enquiries from clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholdersCollaborating with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service deliveryMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the company secretarial field What we're looking for 1-2 years of experience is preferably (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply, On job training provided)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levelsProficient in Microsoft Office: words, excelA proactive, detail-oriented, and organised approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesA relevant qualification in company secretarial, or a related field would be an advantage What we offer At C&G Corporate Services, we believe in providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
