Assistant Company Secretary

Details of the offer

Prepare resolution, minutes and statutory documents.
Assist Company Secretary in secretarial function for private and public listed companies.
Update and maintain secretarial records/registers are properly kept and updated.
Ensure that all statutory forms and returns are lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM") within the stipulated deadlines.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Attend meetings, write minutes and announcements of public listed companies.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Business/Administrative/Management/Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
1 - 3 years experience in Company Secretarial Practice.
Familiar with provisions of the Companies Act 2016 and Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements and able to handle Public Listed Companies.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Computer literate with knowledge of MBRS and Microsoft Office.
Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency and with enthusiastic personality in a fast-paced environment.
Possess good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Higher position may be awarded to candidates with vast experience and high qualifications.
