Assistant Credit Control

Job Responsibilities:Provide support to superior in terms of documentation works related to credit control to speed up payment.
Monitor all outstanding invoices on the key account assigned and assist credit control to follow up closely on delays in payment, short payments, and overpayments.
Liaise closely with the sales department on issues that may arise relating to payment delays.
Check and verify supporting documents relating to 'Goods Return' before the issuance of credit notes.
Continually monitor key account overdue invoices by ensuring deposited Certified True Copy Invoice & DO to the customer's portal (B2B) in a timely manner to recover payment on overdue accounts.
Any other duties as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in any related field.
Possess analytical, creative thinking as well as problem-solving skills.
Possess good communication and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
