Job Description Summary
Support yield improvement activities coverage on all shifts in Dip Room and First Inspection and Packaging / Cartoning.
Focus on identification of defects at source, root causes and immediate corrective actions to support plant Quality and Cost improvement goals and opportunities.
Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Monitor and evaluate defects at source
Failure investigation
Identify opportunities to support cost/quality improvements
Scrap analysis
Execute assignments given and report the progress
Management of product and process validations program
Promote a positive and healthy working environment within the Department
Track, coordinate, and follow up on FI, CAPA, and procedures
Other assignments as instructed by immediate Supervisor
