Assistant Enginner/Engineer

• Stationing at client's site to perform periodical maintenance, ad-hoc and corrective maintenance, survey, and troubleshooting.
• Modifying existing programs for improvement works and designing, developing, and deploying new programs for additional and alteration works.
• Documenting maintenance checklists, field service reports, breakdown reports, troubleshooting processes.
• Meeting with clients to discuss their automation and process needs.
• Troubleshooting system errors, both PLC and SCADA systems
• Providing clients with technical support.
• Assisting in PLC/HMI panel design and wiring.
• Overseeing the successful installation of PLC programs.
• Drawing electrical/mechanical schematics to demonstrate how processes works.
• Developing and installing machine programs using automation software and custom coding languages.
• Determining machine automation test criteria before the final installation.
• Testing automated systems for efficiency, safety, and reliability.
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 3 years of professional work experience as PLC programmer with different development platforms.
QUALIFICATION
• Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineer / Mechatronic or any other relevant certification.
• PLC technical certification will be an added advantage.
