Accountable for the accurate and timely preparation of monthly financial statements.
Oversee monthly PDM reporting.
Review monthly reconciliation, ensuring timely resolution of reconciling items and adherence to standard accounting practices.
Ensure accurate and punctual submission of corporate and indirect taxes, including GST/SST and others as applicable.
Oversee the annual budget and forecast review to establish a benchmark for evaluating current performance, enhancing decision-making quality.
Serve as the primary contact for auditors, responsible for the review of statutory accounts in compliance with MFRS.
Assess feasibility studies for township projects to ensure profitability and alignment with targets.
Continuously monitor the overall financial feasibility of township projects against approved benchmarks.
Review township cash flow projections during the annual budgeting process, ensuring continuous monitoring and updates.
Address financial inquiries from other departments related to assigned townships.
Review pricing proposals and other financial documents associated with township projects.
Participate in township meetings, providing financial insights to support project feasibility.
Assist townships with other financial and tax-related matters as needed.
Ensure financial transactions align with Group policies, recommending improvements where applicable.
Assess system adequacy and business processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
Coach and guide team members in all financial matters related to township projects.
Requirements A recognized degree in finance, banking, economics, business studies, accountancy, or investments and/or professional qualification such as ACCA, MIA, CPA, ICAEW & etc.
At least 4 years of relevant work experience in property development industry.
Detail-oriented and numbers-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
