Assistant Front Office Manager (Immediate Recruitment)Front Office & Guest Services (Hospitality & Tourism)
Assisting the Front Office Manager on day-to-day operations.
Train, supervise, and support Front Office staff, including Duty Manager, Front Office Supervisor, Bell Captain, Front Office Assistant, and Bellman.
Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments.
Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated.
Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
Updates group information, maintains, monitors, and prepares group requirements.
Relays information to appropriate personnel.
Requirements:
3 years and above working experience in the hotel industry.
Presentable.
Possess initiative, commitment, and drive with excellent communication skills.
Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Willing to travel outstation.
