Responsibilities:
Propose suitable training syllabus by gathering feedback from managerial level staff to develop new training programs.
Design appropriate training materials for internal staff at various levels to create a fun and enjoyable learning experience.
Prepare training reports for each conducted training by collecting pre and post-test results, trainee evaluations, feedback, and attendance to assess training effectiveness.
Consult and liaise with relevant parties regarding training content and materials to ensure they meet participant expectations.
Utilize TD Module to announce training programs to participants, ensuring they are aware of upcoming sessions.
Observe and evaluate the job progression of training participants using checklists based on learning outcomes to assess job performance.
Formulate and administer pre- and post-training tests to evaluate participants' attentiveness, usefulness, and applicability of the syllabus.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in the full spectrum of Human Resource management, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
Possess a digital mindset for modern HR execution.
Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Familiarity with HRDF grant applications or claims is essential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
