We are a technical recruitment agency looking for a Technical Sourcer to join our cross-functional team to help hire for the best tech international companies in the EU, USA, and Scandinavia regions.We seek a driven individual who is autonomous in their work and possesses advanced analytical skills to help us hire A-players and deliver a first-class customer experience. You will innovate, drive, and deliver hiring solutions effectively and efficiently, seeking out opportunities and improvements across the entire recruitment process in our organization.
This is a commission-based only position, offering unlimited earning potential based on your recruitment success. You will receive a commission for each successful hire you make.
Responsibilities:
Screen and source qualified applicants and resumes.
Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks.
Craft and send recruiting emails.
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search).
Develop talent pipelines.
Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks.
Promote our employer brand online and offline.
Maintain candidate databases.
Coordinate the interview process with individuals and panels.
Gather interview feedback and communicate with applicants during and after the interview process.
Work with leadership to understand the hiring needs of the organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate candidate lifecycle processes.
We are happy to hear from you if you have:
1-2 years of experience.
Previous experience in Direct Sourcing and/or volume hiring.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
Experience from a recruitment agency or hyper-growth startup/agency would be beneficial.
High attention to detail.
Ability to be flexible, with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Advanced English skills.
