Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology)
Responsible to manage new change requests on an externally maintained system from change request scope definition through implementation across internal, external, and cross-functional teams.
Responsible to provide first-line support to users on all application-related requests/enquiries.
Responsible to assist in the smooth running of BAU for IT functions.
Understand and familiar with the database structure and data contents of various applications.
Able to access the database and perform necessary actions (query, extraction, investigation) to support the BAU operations of the section.
Ensure project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets.
To meet and attend to the demand and delivery of data warehouse systems/services and systems.
Follow-up and communicate effectively with relevant parties to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Ensure all mandatory project/request documents are properly signed off and documented.
Responsible for performance, availability, and scalability of the various applications.
Provide IT solutions to meet the business need that is aligned with the Company's strategic business objectives.
Ensures assigned tasks and assignments are completed satisfactorily on time, and in compliance with proposal and established standards.
Responsible to assist in the smooth running of business as usual for IT functions.
Requirements:
Ability to explain and communicate complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge.
