About the roleYou'll have the accountability to drive the customer strategy for a key national customer, executing business growth plans as set by the Sales Leadership Team. Playing a key role in the Sales team, you will oversee the achievement of customer and channel plans.

Your responsibilitiesDevelop and manage customer relationships with buyers; contribute to customer strategy ensuring local RB business objectives are achieved.
Achieve/exceed all key sales measures and targets for the national account (NR, COP, NWC, and trade spend).
Work in close partnership with brand and trade marketing to ensure development and implementation of customer category strategy and best-in-class 4P execution.
Partner with Demand Planning to ensure customer service levels are met/exceeded.
Work with Trade Marketing Managers to develop plans to drive category/trade business; manage customer as a key stakeholder.
Develop promotional strategies in customers and execute promotions (including trade budget management, range, and space optimization).
Manage customer negotiations in relation to RB commercial strategy and customers' trading terms.
Identify opportunities for efficiency, profitability, and overall improvement in the management of categories.
The experience we're looking forExperience with a blue-chip fast-moving consumer goods company of at least 2-3 years proven track record/Sales experience with key international or local retailers.
Additional functional experience, preferably in Marketing, Trade Marketing, and/or Finance is an advantage.
Educated to a minimum of bachelor's degree level in a commercial subject.
Experience of influencing and engaging in customer organizations.
Results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivating.
Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing customers and internal teams.
Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral (in English), with at least one other language preferred.
Analytical skills with the ability to develop strategies, tactics, and measurable implementation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
