Assistant Manager, Business Development

Job Purpose To support the functions of the Business Development, Branding & Communications department and perform marketing activities to increase revenue growth from new and existing clientele's channels.
Core Duties • Developing, implementing, managing, and evaluating marketing strategies and work plans for the corporate market.
• Assisting in the development of service packages and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for potential clients.
• Initiating marketing promotional activities, such as seasonal corporate gifts, HR appreciation luncheons, and health carnivals, to attract corporate clients and generate revenue while fostering strong connections.
• Draft the development of MoU/MoA as well as proposal for partnership and collaboration.
• Conducting marketing visits to existing and potential corporate clients to strengthen relationships and explore new business opportunities.
• Collaborating with the BDCC team and participating in event or marketing initiatives as needed.
 
Qualification & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 5 years working experience, especially in driving sales, marketing & business, preferably in healthcare industryMust be able to converse in Mandarin language due to handling on Chinese marketCandidates with insurances experiences/knowledges are an added advantageGood communications, problem solving and negotiation skillsA dynamic team player with strong analytical abilityStrong networking skills and connection especially Corporate or Insurance in preferred.
