Responsibilities:Lead the implementation and ensure the sustainability of Operations Standards across Health and Safety, 5S and Visual Management, Performance Management, Process Management, Business Continuity, and Continuous Improvement.
Identify and implement operational improvement studies on productivity, waste identification, and elimination of waste at the operational level.
Lead Continuous Improvement workshops for assigned areas such as VSM, Process Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, and 8D Problem-Solving.
Ensure follow-up of ongoing continuous improvement actions. Maintain a good relationship with the Operations team and support Lean activities/CI Improvement.
Review site CI project submissions from the site team and advise Lean strategies to troubleshoot issues related to Lean tools.
Develop key metrics and initiatives to monitor and capture non-added value tasks, deviation from the standard process, etc. Monitor performance metrics and measurements related to CI/OE Scorecard and KPI.
Initiate, develop, and assess the site's LEAN maturity, conduct training such as Lean games, Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Introduction Training (LIT).
Minimum Requirements:University or Polytechnic graduate in Logistics and Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or from a relevant technical field.
At least 3 years of CI experience in logistics/3PL, with Lean expertise in warehouse/shop floor environment and digitalization knowledge.
Lean Six Sigma and Business Analytics qualification will have added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Apps).
Self-starter with a positive attitude to overcome problems effectively and able to work under their initiative with minimal supervision.
Willing to travel interstate and/or overseas on projects as required for agreed durations.
