Responsible for all financial operations, which include:
Responsible to prepare management accounting and financial statements
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations including tax compliance and transfer pricing reports
To assist in the ESG reporting frameworks and drive positive change to the integrated report for the Company
Assist in data integrity for sustainability indicators and taking responsible for designing and implementing internal system controls for assurance over comparable financial data
Ensure interoperability of IFRS standard and ISSB standards including responsible for climate-related financial disclosures and related documentation.
Liaison with internal stakeholders and external auditors, tax agents and relevant authorities
To assist in risk management reporting and develop action plan to enhance internal control in financial operations i.e.
: system, processes and policies
To undertake other ad-hoc assignments as may be required from time to time by the management.
Job Specification
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Accounting/Data Science/Environment Accounting or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in group reporting/consolidation and Bursa reporting
Preferably candidate with 3 years audit experience/tax experience
Preferably candidate with knowledge in ESG credential or relevant ESG experience
Possess knowledge in accounting standards, tax rules, as well as sustainability reporting
Good in time management, planning, detail-oriented and organizing skills
Ability to work independently and possess problem-solving skills
