Undertake research and feasibility studies on Proposals by evaluating the financials as well as qualitative and quantitative aspects of Proposals.
Prepare and review the presentation materials, legal documents, reports, submissions, documents to shareholders and investors.
Perform a lead advisory role in executing cross-border transactions – with direct hands-on experience in structuring acquisitions, joint ventures, divestments and capital raising through collaboration with the management, superior and external stakeholders.
Execute corporate exercises for inbound and outbound investments for strategic/financial investors by conducting financial and business review through thorough analysis, and subsequently forming the conclusive assessment outcome in providing advice to emerging companies with high potential of growth.
By working with the management, support the target companies to unleash its value through financial and corporate restructuring, cross border business expansion, investment and/or divestment, and other forms of strategic development.
Support the management to strategize and conduct the crisis management for the target companies which are facing financial and operational challenges.
Support the management to conduct the debt restructuring and crisis management for the target companies.
Support the management to navigate and turnaround the special situation which the target companies are facing.
Sound understanding on restructuring, M&A and distressed M&A.
Coordinate business events, prepare marketing pitches and assume a support role in deal origination
Assist superiors to ensure the Proposals complied with all relevant guidelines and laws as well as complied with the disclosure requirements of the relevant regulatory authorities both local and overseas, where applicable.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Job Requirements:
At least 5 - 8 years of relevant experience with a background in accounting, corporate finance, investment banking, corporate strategy and restructuring
Positive working attitude
Strong business and client relationship network
Ability to capture and visualize the "holistic view" with good business acumen
Passionate to originate and execute deals
Excellent communication (written and oral), good people and client servicing skills
A solution-oriented mindset and critical eye for detail
Solid technical abilities in financial analysis, valuation and financial modelling
In depth knowledge of capital markets and regulatory environment (Securities Commission's guidelines, Bursa Securities regulations and Companies Act
Promising academic or professional qualifications (a bachelor degree in finance, investment, accounting, CPA, CA, CFA, MBA will be highly regarded)
