Job DescriptionAnalyze Credit Card portfolios to strategize an action plan to increase card activation, active ratio and credit limit utilization.
Design and implement initiatives including marketing campaigns and system enhancement to maximize portfolio growth, profitability and improve customer experience.
Review current processes or portfolio product/activities and propose possible processes or improvement for better customer experience.
Manage the Portfolio team including preparing report performance of Credit Card portfolio growth and profitability to ensure consistency with company direction and target.
Conduct post campaign analysis and monitoring to measure the effectiveness of the portfolio campaigns.
Work closely with relevant parties for process and/or system enhancement required to comply with any government or company direction.
Manage A&P expenses and ensure campaigns/programs and processes are executed effectively and efficiently.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in finance, business administration.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Credit Card Portfolio, Credit card, banking or financial services.
Familiar with Credit Risk Assessments.
