The key role of this job position is to provide actionable insights to support business strategic decisions which ultimately help to improve customer experience and satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesKey person in charge of survey feedback collection which requires close collaboration with various business stakeholders, including survey setup, questionnaire drafting, analysis, and reporting.
Support business strategic decision-making by sharing results and actionable insights with business units via analysis collected from survey feedback ("Voice of Customer" using NPS / CSAT / 5-Star Rating Review etc).
Liaise with key research agencies or vendors for all research-related projects.
Provide insightful results by analyzing internal data (from surveys, customer database, campaign information, etc.) and information gathered from secondary research.
Assist in market research and insights execution plans to meet business opportunities/service improvements/improve customer satisfaction.
Support customer outreach and engagement programs or the implementation of group initiatives aimed at driving customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Support project management and system enhancements, including drafting user requirements and completing user testing when required.
Key RequirementsBSc degree in Marketing/Data Analytics/Statistics/Psychology or any relevant field.
Proven working experience in market research (quantitative study) preferably in the financial services industry with at least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Strong analytical, project management, and critical thinking skills.
Any working experience in qualitative study is an added advantage.
