Responsibilities: You will play an important role, such as Identify legal requirements and governmental reporting regulation affecting human resource functions and ensure policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance; Assist the HQ in preparing and finalizing the Job Descriptions and Key Performance index; Working closely with various divisions, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures; Liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance and safety; Planning and sometimes delivering training; analyzing training needs in conjunction with the line divisional managers; Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations and governmental administration requirements issues; respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programmes; Administer salary administration programme to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within the Company; advising on pay and remuneration issues; administer benefits programmes such as term life, health and personal accident insurance, leave passage, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance; Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management; Negotiating with staff and their representatives (for example trade union officials) on issues relating to employment and conditions; represent the Company at personnel-related hearings and investigation; Recruit, interview, test and select employees to fill vacant positions; Ensure the departments good and systematic filling systems and records; Investigate accidents, review and comment on reports; and prepare report to insurance company; Overseeing arrangement of permit for foreign employees; Prepare budget of human resources and administration operations; Overseeing the preparation of employee separation notices and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews to determine compliance to the Company policy;. Overseeing the overall divisional compliances to the Company policy, procedures and administration system, and legislations.
