Assistant Manager-Design

Responsibilities & Duties: To provide technical input during tenders and project procurement including preliminary design and technical proposals to enable project budgeting and cost estimation of the works.Responsible for the development and implementation of design related matters for EPCC projects; and coordinating with engineering consultants, owners, site project team and other stakeholders for the same;Conduct value engineering reviews to ensure compliance to the project requirements.Provide technical support during the construction stage at site including temporary works design and construction engineering solutions.Ensure all engineering documentation and registries are well maintained and in accordance with the established procedures of the Company.Leading and managing subordinates to achieve the Department and Company objectives;Any other duties assigned from time to time as requested by Superior/HOD and Management Qualifications and Requirements: B.E Engineering (Civil)Minimum 5-8 years of relevant working experience in construction, design background and experience in tendering in a contractor environmentFamiliarity with the engineering codes and design methodologyWorking experience with AutoCad, MS Office
