-Responsible for all accounts and finance-related assignments.
-Responsible for managing monitoring and controlling the actual cost against the budgeted project costs.
-Promptly report and prepare analysis and schedules monitoring the consumption/ usage/ major costs and expenses including CAPEX and highlight to management on any abnormal variances.
-Perform and prepare physical monthly stock count, report and stock reconciliation report.
-Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing reports.
-Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts and defining accounting policies and procedures.
-Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy and applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.
-Ensure timely and accurate closure of month-end accounts, preparation of profit report, weekly working capital report, and weekly cash flow report.
-To perform a periodic review of accounting controls in maintaining the accuracy and reliability of all data in compliance with the management directive and legal requirements.
-Supervising the team to ensure the efficiency of the day-to-day operation of overall Accounting and Financial functions and ensure compliance with Internal Control Procedures.
-To perform periodic checking on accounting documents and records.
-Maintenance of Fixed Assets register, and update FA status.
-Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
-Consolidation of group of companies- method works by reporting the subsidiary's balances in a combined statement along with the parent company's balances.
-Familiar with manufacturing industry accounts management (internal financial statement that businesses use to track their production costs, materials used, and inventory levels).
-To undertake other ad-hoc assignments as may be required from time to time by the management.

; Requirements:-
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
-Professional Certification in ACCA, CPA, CIMA, and MIA will be added advantages.
-At least 7 - 10 years of working experience in the related field, preferably with 2 to 3 years of audit working experience and/or from a manufacturing environment.
-Experience in MYOB and AutoAccount is preferable.
-Good communication and presentation skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
-Able to handle a full set of accounts; knowledge in cost counting and control will be an added advantage.
-Proven leadership and supervisory skills, able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
-Able to work as a team player and efficiently under pressure and tight reporting deadlines.
