As a Business/Finance Intern at Agmo RedSquare latest e-Invoicing product, JomeInvoice, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and finance-related activities. You will be an integral part of our team, assisting in various tasks to support our day-to-day operations and contribute to our growth strategy. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:-Lead Generation:-Research and identify potential leads within target industries and markets.-Utilize various channels such as online platforms, social media, and industry events to generate leads.-Sales Support:-Assist in the preparation of sales materials and documents, including presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.-Participate in sales meetings with large corporate clients, observing and learning from experienced team members.-Conduct pre-sales calls to gather client requirements and address initial inquiries.-Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead conversion and customer acquisition.-Finance-related Activities:-Assist in the preparation of financial documents, such as quotations, invoices, and financial reports.-Support the finance team in analyzing financial data and generating insights to support decision-making processes.-Gain exposure to financial planning and forecasting processes, contributing ideas and observations as appropriate.-Communication and Coordination:-Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics for sales presentations and client meetings.-Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution of tasks.-Maintain accurate records of sales and financial activities, updating databases and documentation as required. -Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and team members.-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.-Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.-Prior experience in sales or finance-related roles is a plus, but not required.
