Assistant Manager, Finance & Accounts

Key responsibilities: Handling full set of accounts & responsible for closing and preaparation of monthly financial accounting reports.To update Profit & Loss account, Balance Sheet and Cashflow Statement in reporting pack worksheet.Attend to auditors' queries during interim and final audit process.Prepare yearly tax estimates, revised tax estimates on initial 6th and 9th month.Verify invoices, sub-contractors certification progress claims and payment for Group of Companies.Cashflow management, to prepare annual budget and update or review cashflow projection and loan covenant.To prepare forecast and projection for annual budget preparation.To check invoices for Availability Charges (AC) and Maintenance Charges (MC).To check and post payment received from third parties.To produce the project report on a weekly basis and make sure the deadline are met. This report should be more comprehensive whereby can see clearly on the margin, total collections & payments, advance & recoupment, etc.Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent (ACCA, CPA, MIA, CIMA, etc).At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Familiar with Accounting Software i.e IFCAExperience in cashflow projectionExperience in Concession Accounting (PFI)Good interpersonal skills in dealing and understanding project & relevant people.Good command in Malay and English.Good analytical, organization and interpersonal skills.Able to work under minimum supervision.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
