Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all fit-out projects for new and existing tenants, ensuring the execution aligns with mall guidelines and design criteria.
Work closely with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget.
Review and approve technical drawings, material specifications, and shop drawings provided by tenants and their contractors.
Monitor on-site progress, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Liaise with mall operations and project management teams to coordinate fit-out works with mall operations, minimizing disruption.
Provide regular project updates, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management.
Address any issues or challenges that arise during the fit-out process and resolve them in a timely manner.
Manage the post-handover period, ensuring defects are addressed, and tenants are satisfied with the completed work.
The Successful Applicant:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fit-out project management, preferably within the retail, mall, or commercial sector.
Strong knowledge of construction practices, design principles, and MEP services.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience liaising with tenants and contractors.
Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
Willing to relocate.
