We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to join our team and assist in managing day-to-day security operations.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily security operations across multiple client sites.Coordinate scheduling and deployment of security personnel to ensure full coverage.Monitor staff performance, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.Conduct routine site visits to assess security protocols, equipment, and personnel effectiveness.Assist with recruitment, training, and performance management of security staff.Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or client concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.Ensure compliance with security regulations, policies, and procedures.Support the Operations Manager in budget management and cost control initiatives.Prepare and present regular operational reports and performance evaluations to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the security industry.Strong knowledge of security operations and protocols.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with scheduling software and MS Office Suite.Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.Experience in handling emergency situations and incident response.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor's degree in security management or related field preferred.Must be able to speak and write in English proficiently.Ability to converse in any other languages other then English And Malay will be an added advantage.Relevant certifications in security management or operations.Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
