If you are looking to grow in an exciting career filled with opportunities and potential, we are seeking a professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Marketing & Leasing. The Role: To assist the Superior in managing the assigned properties of Equatorial Plaza, Menara Great Eastern 2 and Menara Weld & The Weld in all aspect of Property Management related matters including the marketing and leasing activities of the building. Assist in the marketing and leasing of the assigned properties to achieve the targeted yield & occupancy. Assist in tenancy administration related matters which includes the preparation of Letter of Offer & Tenancy Agreement. Liaison with Landlord's & Tenant's solicitors on tenancy terms. Monitor and ensure all the Tenancy Agreements/Service Contractsply topliance's requirements. Assist in preparation of management report & yearly budgeting. To handle the debt recovery of the tenants Liaison with service vendors, marketing agents and relevant building authorities. To achieve the target occupancy rates and yields. To ensure that the building facilities are well maintained and operated in good condition. To build good Landlord-Tenants relation. To ensure timely renewal of all the Tenancy Agreements and Service Contracts. Ability to coordinate tenants' requests. Ability to manage outsourced vendors/ the relevant third parties. Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatorypliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard thepany Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practice. Other responsibilities entailed The Person: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Property Management, Building, Business Administration or Engineering. At least 4 years' experience in the areas related to property management, operations, leasing & tenancy administration Knowledge ofpetitors in property, their products and marketing strategies. Good rapport with marketing agents and consultants for source of information. Familiar with building operations & authority requirement, DBKL, BOMBA, etc. Goodmunication skills - written & verbal, Public Relations, Negotiation & Analytical thinking. Knowledge relating to legal matters eg. tenancy agreement, service maintenance contract, tender contract, etc. Basic knowledge ofputer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, etc. High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
