Assistant Manager, Key Account (Objective Finance)

-Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their main point of contact.


-Gain a deep understanding of client goals, challenges, and needs to offer customized solutions.


-Strategically enhance account growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.


-Anticipate client needs and proactively resolve issues to boost client satisfaction.


-Initiate and negotiate marketing campaigns and promotions with merchants and business partners.


-Oversee campaigns from concept development through successful launch, including post-launch monitoring and analysis.


-Track and improve merchant sales performance.


-Foster strong relationships between the company and merchants/business partners to create new business opportunities.


-Address merchant and customer complaints, providing feedback to management for improved service.


-Expand easy payment options through a network of financing merchants in new product categories.


-Promote environmental awareness and participate in AEON's environmental management initiatives.


-Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all AEON information assets are safeguarded.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).


-Proven experience in key account management, sales or a similar role within the (industry).


-Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.


-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.


-Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
