Assistant Manager, M&E

Responsibilities:Ensure works are carried out in accordance with the contracts and construction drawings.
Meet with consultants, project team, and contractors on a regular basis to ensure the design, construction, installation, and commissioning works are planned.
Regularly report to the M&E Manager on the progress of the building works and the problem areas encountered.
Liaise with internal and external consultants, project team, and contractors in keeping track of the authority approval status of the projects assigned.
Manage mechanical and electrical elements of high-rise buildings.
Take responsibility for and manage the onsite installation and commissioning of all M&E activities.
Liaise with consultants, project team, contractors, suppliers, and third parties as appropriate.
Manage the development of design concepts and options.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
At least 8 years of working experience in construction project management or relevant field.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel are required.
Ability to coordinate with consultants and contractors for solving any site technical issues.
Quality awareness, good communication, and interpersonal skills are preferable.
Experience in mixed development projects is an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
