Responsibilities

Brand Management To drive, execute and implement the brand, product and event based campaigns successfully via digital platforms. Ensure campaigns are monitor closely and meeting all deadlines. To work closely with Media and Creative agencies to ensure timely execution / implementation of campaigns. coordinating meeting, follow-up on deliverables and ensure quality and efficiency of campaign management. To serve as the Corporate Identity custodian for internal and external parties. Ensure branding materials inpliance to the brand guidelines. Digital Management To monitor and ensure all postings are scheduled correctly and enquiries on social media are attended within the timeline and efficiently. To monitor and ensure all the contents in the corporate website and Staffnet is updated efficiently. Liaise with stakeholders to maintain and update the corporate website on a regular and timely basis. To plan and execute digital advertising campaigns for key products and brand campaigns. To develop always-on content for Great Eastern Malaysia's social media accounts to establish digital presence. To manage and liaise with stakeholders on stakeholders requests for social media posting, website uploads, and digital campaigns toply with corporate brand guidelines. To optimise Digimind news alerts by refining keyword searches and tracking relevant topics related to the industry. To liaise with Group Digital Marketing to resolve GELM social media brand abuse and impersonation pages on social media platforms on a weekly basis. To manage SEM and SEO campaigns. Requirement: Hold an Advanced Diploma/Degree in Business, Massmunications, Digital Marketing or related disciplines. Must have at least 3-5 years (for Assistant Manager) and above 5 years (for Manager) working experience in managing multiple digital platforms in a similar organization setting with proven track record, brand management and digital advertising / marketing, web analytics, consumer andmunication research. Possess excellent written and presentation skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills. Creative and innovative with a good project management core. Good knowledge of brand management, digital marketing, PR best practices as well as event management and crisis managementmunications. Diligent, proactive, intelligent application of creativity in writing and verbal presentations Strong interpersonal and networking skills Ability tomunicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
