Assistant Manager/Manager - Corporate Finance (Capital Markets & Advisory)

Responsibilities:
To provide support the Team Lead to ensure mandates are executed efficiently.To ensure work undertaken is of the highest quality and does not fall foul of any regulatory or legal requirements, and internal rules and compliance requirements.To protect the reputation and integrity of the department, the Investment Bank and the Group.To be proficient with all relevant guidelines and regulatory requirements.To ensure work is executed expeditiously and within deadline. Requirements:
Possess a recognized degree and/or professional qualification in Law, Accounting, Finance or related discipline.Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant working experience in corporate finance in other investment banks or similar industry.Strong command of written and spoken English.Sound knowledge of the capital market's rules, requirements and regulations.Strong interest in the activity and development of the capital markets, especially in MalaysiaGood analytical skills and problem solving abilities.Willing to work late hours and within tight deadlines.Adaptive in challenging situations and able to undertake diversified tasks and responsibilities.Value-seeking, creative, driven, innovative and resourceful. * Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
