Payroll Analyst, Global Hr Services (1 Year Contract)

Description Job Description Summary Individual is responsible in making sure the payroll process is accurate and timely. Individual will be responsible for managing full aspects of payroll, including ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, maintaining payroll records and processing paychecks. In general, individual should have an excellent analytical skill, an eye for detail, strong communication skills, and comprehensive payroll processes especially in below aspects:
Payroll Processing Liaise with local Human Resource team/HRBP, payroll vendors consultants to gather payroll input accurately and timely. Liaise with Global Mobility Team for payroll processing related to expatriate. Update employee data into payroll system accurately for payroll processing following cut-off date. Payroll Statutory Submission are made on timely manner. Providing all respective stakeholder with monthly reporting and necessary reporting Handling queries and investigate requests in relation to pay and statutory related matters. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in understanding the payroll process flow for APAC countries. Data Maintenance Ensure employee data are updated accurately and timely in HRIS (SAP/Red Carpet) Perform periodic audit on data accuracy between HRIS and Onboarding/Off boarding system. Upkeep Admin& Services processing documents, employee personnel file and others HR related documents timely and accurately. HR Services APAC - Handle queries from employees on HR administrative question APAC - Handle HR letters preparation, benefit enrollment and others HR related administration activities APAC - Making sure all SOPs are up to date and reviewed on annual basis. Support APAC HR Chat 5-6hours weekly Others Experience in HR Project Management & Data Migration are an added advantage. Participate in HR Services Global Projects and process improvement initiative. Perform Testing for test script assigned for system correction or projects. Able to perform basic data analysis This role will be reporting to the HR Shared Service Team Leader Skills/Abilities Computer literacy, including proficiency in understanding of processes and data integration and SAP Human Resources Module Able to monitor vendors in achieving agreed SLA. Able to liaise with local Human Resource team in ensuring all payroll input are provided on accurate & timely. Able to maintain high standard in ensuring confidentiality, paying attention to details, accuracy, and completeness. Able to set priorities and organize work to meet deadlines. Good communication and people skills with ability to collaborate with all levels of employees. Proficiency in writing skills Personal qualities: Initiative, tolerance for stress, adaptability, ability to learn and ability to impact. Education/Experience: Minimum professional Degree in Human Resource Management Minimum 2-3 years in Human Resources preferably with payroll experience in a medium to large MNC Working knowledge of statutory requirements across Asia Pacific countries Working knowledge in SAP Database, ADP payroll system, Service Now(SNOW) Ticketing Tools will be an added advantage
