Your TalentEducation:Bachelor's Degree in business studies or relevant field.
Functional:Minimum 1 year in retail merchandising, wholesale merchandising, or product marketing function.
Industry: Sports-lifestyle business.
IT Skills:Advanced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, basic knowledge of ERP.
Language Skills:English (Business Level); Local Language (Business Level).
Your MissionFacilitate and support the SEA Merch/GTM functions to achieve the Merchandising strategy set by the Head of Merchandising, securing a solid future platform for the longevity and desirability of the brand.
Support and deliver the financial plan, leading to maximum sell-through results.
Task 1:Merchandising Planning and Reporting – Facilitate product range planning, article readiness, RRP and margins maintenance, checkpoint & cross-functional alignment.
Provide market competitor and pricing analysis.
Track and align product order windows, launch dates, and sell-through of key launches with the functional team.
Task 2:GTM Support – Support GTM/Merch Managers with activities on efficient & result-oriented sell-in tools, analytics, Key Accounts' requests, and ad-hoc reports, presentation/meeting preparation.
Compile and distribute Merchandising/product reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
Task 3:Tools & Processes – Support key Merch/GTM tools and processes in close alignment with global business solutions – forecasting board, sample portal, digital catalog.
Task 4:Showroom & Tradeshow Support – Support the operation and execution of samples for tradeshow.
Sample optimization involves sample ordering, tracking, inventory management, and sample sales.
