Job Title : Assistant Manager / Manager, Sales & Marketing
Reports to: Senior Management

Acolia Sdn Bhdis incorporated on 2 JULY 2008. The company specializes in trading of sanitary ware, faucets, bathroom accessories, tiles and all the building materials finishing products.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager/Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. This individual will play a key role in driving growth, building brand presence, and delivering outstanding sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business goals, enhancing market share, and revenue growth. Oversee sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing, ensuring the team meets targets.
Marketing Campaigns:Lead the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. Utilize various channels including digital marketing, social media, events, and traditional advertising.
Team Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, customer service, and finance to ensure sales and marketing efforts are aligned and executed effectively.
Market Analysis:Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities. Use insights to adjust strategies and improve sales outcomes.
Customer Relationship Management:Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance retention and satisfaction. Oversee CRM tools to track client interactions and performance metrics.
Budget Management:Assist in budget planning for sales and marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective initiatives with a strong ROI. Monitor expenses and report on financial performance.
Reporting & Analytics:Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing ROI, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Present findings to senior management and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
Experience:3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Experience in sanitaryware is a plus.
Education:At least Diploma/ Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor's degree or above in related field.
Additional:A proactive attitude, with a results-driven approach to achieving targets. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
