Assistant Manager, Manufacturing EngineeringResponsibilities:
Oversee the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes, and operations.
Analyze and plan manufacturing workflow and space requirements.
Design manufacturing fixtures to improve efficiency.
Work with DE and customers regarding product design and tooling to ensure manufacturability.
Collaborate with operations staff to determine and improve production capacity and load.
Plan and lead Lean Manufacturing activities, including Kaizen events in manufacturing cells.
Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the team.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Educational/Certification Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related major.
Experience Requirement:
Over 6 years of related experience, including 2 years of management experience.
Exposure to the semiconductor industry is preferred.
Self-motivated and resourceful.
Possesses a drive with a "can-do" attitude.
Capable of developing positive work relationships and a favorable work environment within the team and other functional groups.
Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Able to perform any other tasks assigned by the manager/supervisor.
Comply with work ethics and integrity.
