Your new role
As a Customs Clearance Manager with KEK certification, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and compliant clearance of goods. Your primary responsibilities will include managing all customs processes, engaging directly with customs authorities, and providing timely updates to stakeholders. As the main point of contact for customs-related enquiries, you will ensure compliance with all regulations and resolve any issues promptly, maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the supply chain.
What you'll need to succeed
Must have KEK certification (Custom Agent Course).
Oversee and manage all customs clearance processes to ensure compliance with regulations.
Engage directly with customs authorities, customers, and internal teams to provide real-time updates and respond to enquiries.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all customs-related activities, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Apply KEK certification knowledge to streamline customs procedures and resolve any clearance issues.
Identify and address any issues that may arise during the clearance process, mitigating risks to maintain supply chain efficiency.
Stay informed about changes in customs regulations and update procedures accordingly to ensure continued compliance.
