About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager, Marketing & Communication to join the team at ROYALE CHULAN SEREMBAN in Seremban District Negeri Sembilan.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing and communication strategies to support the overall business objectives of the hotel.
What you'll be doing
Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events
Managing the hotel's social media presence, creating engaging content and monitoring performance
Collaborating with the sales team to support lead generation and client acquisition
Coordinating with external agencies and vendors to deliver marketing initiatives
Analysing marketing and communication data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement
Ensuring brand consistency and adherence to the company's marketing guidelines
Contributing to the development of the overall marketing strategy and budget planning
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong understanding of integrated marketing principles and experience in developing and executing successful campaigns
Proficient in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Proven project management skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
