Assistant Manager, Mechanisation (Based In Sabah)

Conduct trial and feasibility analysis on estate for Mainline Evacuation, MAIC implementation and upkeep machine implementation.Implementation of Main Line Bin System, MAIC and upkeep machines based on strategic target set by Company.Migration of Conventional Harvesting Method to Mechanized Method by Amalgamation of harvesting gang into one structured block harvesting.Monthly monitoring and reporting productivity and cost of all mechanized operation performance of estates into management.Monthly reporting on implementation progress for estate.Precise and effective communication on implementation and benefits, commitment and agreement at all levels. Job requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Plantation Management/Technology or equivalent.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field with plantation knowledge in estate, include plantation operation, mechanisation and machinery maintenance is required for this position.Good leadership skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Meticulous, good analytical and problem-solving skills.Independent and willingness to learn.Willing to relocate.
