Assistant Manager Merchandiser

Job Description Key Responsibilities Collect data and provide report related merchandise to support business weekly and monthly by franchise customer.
For example, Sales analysis/Inventory report.
Provide key initiatives for sales performance and identify fast/slow moving products by monthly and quarterly.
Monitor assortment, margin, broken size, sku count align to brand standard during tradeshow buy Consistently monitoring the business through analytics and identifying actions to achieve the key performance metrics.
Store / customer inventory and sales analysis to align with Target Monitor broken size and suggest PMD on customer cost by store for aged season products Monitor aged season products and suggest pull back as a whole / by stores identifying the in-season open to buy actions required to meet plans, setting, and facilitating pre-forecasting meetings, etc.
Work closely with Franchisee team in Merchandise Planning in managing their franchisee/ mono and multi-brand and stores.
Requirements Diploma/ Degree in Business/ Retail Management/ Business Analytics.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in sports, lifestyle, or fashion industry.
Excellent computer skills, strong excel skills (such as formulas/pivot-table/vlook up).
Excellent interpersonal, planning and organization skills to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with positive attitude.
Strong presentation and report-writing skills.
Dashboard building is an advantage.
