Primary ResponsibilitiesReview, validate, and process all customer onboarding and KYC documents and requirements.
Centre of Excellence "COE" transactional data processing (subscription, switching, redemption) into the system.
Prepare and release numerous notifications (such as daily NAVs, contract notes, etc.)
to respective stakeholders.
Review daily AML related alerts and follow through completion.
Perform various monthly regulatory and departmental reporting and responsible for accurate and timely submission.
Produce monthly statements to various business parties.
Involved in Ad-Hoc projects and UAT testing.
Perform internal testing, quality assurance, and other auditing functions to ensure the integrity of department processing and workflow.
Perform activities related to notifications to Funds' Trustees.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes.
Facilitate department procedures such as Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity program, Business Unit Records Coordination, Privacy deliverables.
Collaborate with stakeholders in the department to ensure the integrity of processing and workflow in support of these corporate actions.
Manage the document and procedure library, ensuring that procedures and job aids are accurate and up to date.

What we are looking forAt least 2 years of experience in financial services industries.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Organized, good time management, and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset.
Propensity for process improvement.
Proven communication skills, both verbal and written.
Self-starter, disciplined and able to carry out assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Possess a global perspective on the business and impacts to other business units.
