Responsibilities:
Able to understand and interact with doctors, staff, patients, and customers' requirements and work with the clinic to provide excellent service.
Develop and monitor performance through KPIs to ensure achievement of the clinics to meet its budgets and targets.
Lead, manage, and improve working practices to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Ensure all physical assets are well maintained and operated in a productive and profitable manner.
Work hand-in-hand with other departments to achieve patient targets and financial budgets.
Perform marketing activities for the clinics.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Have at least 3 years of working experience in the related field, preferably have at least 2 years of experience in managing people.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Possess good interpersonal and problem-solving skills & well organized.
Candidate with hospitality background is an added advantage.
