Assistant Manager, Payroll

Details of the offer

Maintain staff records, update employee database and proper filing for documentation purposes.
Prepare HR-related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to legal requirements and HR policies such as employment contracts, terminations, policies, etc.
Responsible for tax clearance, EA forms, and Form E preparation.
Liaise with statutory bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO, EIS, LHDN on payroll/audit-related issues.
Responsible for the full cycle of Payroll and ensure employee records are well maintained with high data integrity.
Perform HR operational tasks that include personnel data administration, organization data maintenance, time & attendance data administration, leave management, and processing monthly claims reimbursement.
Prepare monthly reports on HR-related metrics.
Provide support and advice to employees on HR-related matters where needed.
Responsible for any other duties as and when required.
Utilize the HR2000 system effectively to input and maintain employee data.
Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
Stay updated on system upgrades and improvements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HR2000 system.
Verify employee time records and attendance.
Prepare and validate payroll reports for management.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with all federal and state payroll regulations.
Prepare and file payroll-related tax documents and reports.
Generate payroll reports for management and finance teams.
MOE/Employment Pass/Teaching Permits:
Handle the whole process of obtaining licenses related to the nature of the business; this includes MOHE submissions and approvals, expatriates' Teaching Permit application and renewal, and the registration of practicing licenses for teaching permits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
