Job Description Open Position: Assistant Manager, Procurement and Warehouse (IT Security Solutions & Engineering Company) An established IT Security Solutions & Engineering Company is looking for Assistant Manager, Procurement and Warehouse to lead the team in the company based in Selangor office.
Key requirements include: More than 5 years working experience with exposure leading a small procurement and warehouse team.
Work closely with stakeholders which include projec t team and sales team to execute procurement operations and cost savings.
Good understanding of product knowledge to be able to make decisions during project execution and shortage of supply during project stage.
Negotiate and manage vendors' delivery time to ensure on time delivery to meet project schedule.
Reporting to top management on activities of the team and cost savings achieved.
Good communication skills to talk to different stakeholders.
Capable of contract negotiations with suppliers and vendors locally and regionally.
Capable of scenario management, especially during critical operations.
