Assistant Manager Production

RESPONSIBILITY 1.Manage resources (manpower, equipment's & materials) to achieve optimum productivity on production floor, cost effectiveness, delivery commitment and quality standards.
2.Plan, organize, direct and control production activities to support business goals and objectives.
3.To lead the production team to ensure quality, output and efficiency target are achieved.
4.Implement and maintain compliance of HACCP, GMP, HALAL, FDA, MUI, OSHA regulations and standards.
5.Manage training, skill development & growth of production staff to achieve skilled workforce capability.
6.Any other reasonable assigned duties from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Food Science / Food Technology / Engineering / Manufacturing / ChemicalPossess good management skill and well equipped with multi-tasking abilityAbility to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actionsAbility to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Minimum 3 years working experience in production, food or related industryKnowledge of or working experience in the sauces line is an added advantageWell verse in English and Bahasa MalaysiaProficiency in Microsoft Office
