Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Coordination : Plan, coordinate, and oversee the day-to-day operations of theProject Section , ensuring all projects align with PUSPAKOM's strategic mission and vision.
Team Management : Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to a team of engineers, ensuring high standards of performance and professional development.
Project Execution : Overseebuilding services , facilities management, andCAPEX projects , ensuring timely completion, cost efficiency, and quality outcomes.
Contractor & Supplier Management : Manage appointed contractors and suppliers throughout construction, installation, servicing, repairs, renovations, and refurbishments, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all building services and registered machinery are maintained, verified, and calibrated as per local regulations and company policies.
Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement initiatives to mitigate re-occurrence of building services issues, drive performance improvements, and enhance operational efficiency.
Training & Development : Ensure technicians and VCTs at branch locations are trained in condition-based monitoring and equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for efficient operations.
Documentation & Reporting : Prepare technical specifications for building services and project-related activities. Regularly review and update SOPs to reflect evolving industry standards and best practices.
Problem-Solving & Analysis : Apply strong analytical skills to address issues, improve processes, and maintain a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ad-Hoc Support : Assist with additional instructions and responsibilities from management, as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education : Minimum degree inCivilorMechanical Engineering(or related field).
Experience : At least 5 years of experience incivilandconstructionsectors, with hands-on involvement in building services and facilities management.
Technical Knowledge : A solid understanding ofbuilding services , facilities maintenance, and engineering project management. Familiarity with5S systemsandcontract managementis a plus.
Skills :Proficiency inMicrosoft ProjectandAutoCAD .
Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure, with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.Mobility : Willingness to travel as required, with the ability to adapt to various locations nationwide. Must possess a valid driving license and own transport.
